The Harre Union is proud to be home to many annual programs and events for the university and to welcome visitors from all over the world during our summer months for camps and conferences.

Throughout the summer and school year, Valparaiso University is home to a variety of events, conferences, and camps. The Harre Union staff is happy to serve as coordinators of these programs and will work with you to make your camp or conference a success.

Harre Union Conference Center

The 202,000 square foot Harre Union is a wonderful place to host an event. From comfortable conference meeting rooms to open community lounge spaces, guests will feel right at home. The Union houses the dining facilities, the campus bookstore, a games room and campus conference center. This means all of your meals and activities can be held under one roof!

Union Meeting Rooms Include:

• 3 Ballrooms (can be combined or separated) for up to 1,000 guests in auditorium seating
• 8+ additional meeting rooms and spaces that can accommodate from 10- 125 guests
• Audio/Visual equipment built into most rooms
