The Party People cater to the needs of all schools. Whether your a smaller school looking for a smaller presentation or your a big school looking to go all out, we can create a package for you. We can provide bigger sound systems, light shows, and trussing rigs to deliver the highest level of school entertainment.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

The old expression “you get what you pay for” is still true today. When you are looking at a service, a lower price only means a lower service.

We tell all of our clients that they need to have a dj budget and separate lighting & Photo Fun budgets. Lighting gives you the WOW FACTOR and Photo Fun is a secondary source of entertainment.

Always place the dj near the dance floor and make sure that there is enough space for the package that you want. Some of our packages have space requirements.

Your entertainment will make or break your event. You can impress your guests from the second they walk through the door.

Anyone can post whatever they want on their website. We have pictures and videos to back up all our claims.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

SLIDESHOWS

We offer slide shows or videos for your event. Having a slide show is is very popular. Send in pictures and we will put them together in a slide show and display them with either a projector and screen or 50″ TV.

MUSIC VIDEOS

Music Videos add a fun atmosphere to the room. They can be played via projector and screen or 50″ TV’s.

UPLIGHTING

We can completely change the color of a room or accent certain parts of the room. We use high end professional lighting to do this and it really adds to the atmosphere of the room. There are many options. We will meet you at your venue to discuss where you would like your uplighting. Look at our Gallery!

MASCOT

Throwing up your school mascot is a great way to show your team spirit. Have your school mascot displayed on the floor wall, screens, or tv’s.

See yourselves dancing while your dancing on the big screen or tv’s!

PHOTO FUN

We offer Photo Fun in the form of our Photo Stations. Unlimited 2” X 6” prints, photo album with a print from every group, and an optional online Facebook album for you and all of your friends. We offer 3 hour and 4.5 hour packages. Upgrades & extra options are available.

Trussing Rigs

Not only do trussing rigs look cool, they are used to hang lights and screens.

CO2 CANONS

CO2 cannons are a very cool special effect and are sure to get the crowd hype!

DRAPERY

Does your venue have a mural that you want to cover up or do you need a solid surface to display your school or theme logo or are you looking to class up your event space? We offer white, black, and ivory drapery.

DJ BOOTH

Most events have the DJ working off a banquet table. How many events have you been to that have an actual DJ Booth???
