After the Party- The Newlywed Note: Featuring Gina & Owen
Love Story: From Spring Break to Disney Magic
Gina and Owen’s journey began where all great stories do: under the Florida sun. While Gina was on a spring break vacation in Fort Lauderdale and Owen was there for a bachelor trip, the two crossed paths on the beach. What started as a chance meeting turned into a lifetime of adventure.
When it came time to pop the question, Owen knew exactly where to go. Knowing Gina’s absolute love for Disney, he joined her family on a trip to the “Most Magical Place on Earth.” On their very first night, Owen proposed at Disney Springs, making the vacation one they would never forget.
The Big Day: A Fall Celebration at The Shed
On October 4, 2025, the couple tied the knot at The Shed Wedding and Events in Wanatah, IN. The autumn atmosphere provided the perfect backdrop for a day focused on joy, future dreams, and—most importantly—having a blast with their favorite people.
A unique addition to their celebration featured Gina’s favorite people honoring the tradition of “something blue” for the bride. Gina’s girls donned various hues of blue, and partied with Gina as her “something blue crew” all day and night.
Memories from the dancefloor
The energy at the Satoski wedding was unmatched, thanks in part to the couple’s background.
“We are all retired cheerleaders,” Gina shared. “My friends threw me up into a stunt!”
Beyond the stunts, the photo station provided by Party People Photo Fun was the undisputed star of the night. From the moment the party kicked off, there was never a second it wasn’t in use, capturing the laughter and spirit of the celebration.
Working with Party People Entertainment
For Gina and Owen, the planning process was as smooth as the wedding day itself. They awarded Party People a 10/10 recommendation, highlighting the personalized music planning as a major win.
When it comes to DJ service, Gina states, “I loved that we were given a chance to have multiple phone calls about exactly what we wanted music-wise… being able to pick some of our own songs was a huge plus.”
Advice for engaged couples
“Do not worry about the small details, nobody notices them! Even on your own day, you won’t even remember how much you stressed over the little things. It all comes together so beautifully!”
